We are currently offering Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. This is the first time we have offered it and it has been a great experience for us so far. We have had people from both in and outside our church circle involved in the class. We hope to offer the class again in the future.

Recently, one pastor wrote a post from his perspective about why churches are hurting financially and how the Financial Peace University program can help not only individuals but churches find some financial peace.
He writes:

A good stewardship campaign and good stewardship education is important, but household debt is what is crippling stewardship for congregations, not bad campaigns. I think there are bad campaigns out there, and some congregations don’t even bother to intentionally ask people to give. However, I continue to see evidence that household debt is a key element for congregations’ struggle with stewardship.
